Awesome that Tony Reagins' 3-year extension with the Angels arrives on the 6th anniversary of Bill Bavasi being hired to destroy the Seattle Mariners.

And what did I have to say about the hiring of our ex-GM by our division rivals then, on my old blog?

It would be a useful exercise to see what Buzzy did with the Dodgers specifically in the 60’s. He never did make the transition to free agency, and I think the same was true of his son.

I once looked up all the talent that guy traded away for guys like luis polonia and chili davis- its was astounding the amount of all star caliber players that guy practically gave away.
