The bloggers at SBNation have voted for the American League Manager of the year - and the skipper of the Angels, "The Soth," Mike Scioscia was elected AL Manager of the year. 2 bloggers per blog voted - our own RGHAN and WIHALOFAN took part in the voting to represent Halos Heaven on the final day of 2009 season.
