MLB's best and worst farm systems
Finally the Rangers have something to be proud of. The Major's best farm. That should concern the Angels today, but until they add money to the business, the Rangers are still a non-factor.

I hate to break it to ya, but it's in alphabetical order.

I will drink to that.
What do you need a fancy suit for, Charlie, you ain't got no job to wear it to.
Interesting.
Didn’t the Halo farm system put a team into the playoff final series in every division just two seasons ago? And won most of them? And didn’t the Halos MLB club actually dip into the farm system last season and actually USE minor league players to back fill the injury-plagued MLB team, which won their division and reached the ALCS?
I suppose that the value of prognisticators guessing ranks higher than what actually happens in the real world. Since I appear stuck in the real world, I will sleep well tonight.
Had I owned the Pittsburgh Pirates, I could have saved America.
Two seasons ago was two seasons ago.
Things don’t remain static, and I’m surprised you take these assessments so personally.
The Angels have traded away some of their better prospects, some have graduated to the bigs, and some got injured (or worse). I think, given what AA and AAA looks like right now, middle-of-the-pack is a fair assessment.
Things do change. So I'm surprised people take these kinds of things so seriously.

I think it's pretty hard for the average fan to follow 30 systems at once...
… so these types of analyses have value. We had a couple of really lackluster drafts before this season, and we spent a little wildly on the free agent market, and lost out on early round picks as a result. It shouldn’t be surprising that our farm isn’t being touted like it was.
Hopefully the 2009 draft represents a turn toward the better. There’s a lot to be excited about at the lower levels, but the upper levels are pretty mediocre at the moment.
Zzzz
Watch out for those Pirates, Royals, Rangers and Orioles!!!
As long as Nolan Ryan is working his pitchers into the ground by the all-star break, I’m not worried about anything Texas throws out there.
