Peter Gammons, a man I could trust on ESPN. You were unbiased (or at least tried to be) - and always had something insightful to say. Now you have left the sports version of TMZ to MLB (and its goons), congrats. O wait a second, you are now "an analyst and reporter for NESN." F...........ck you!

Since when was Gammons ever unbiased?

He always was an open east coast guy, never concealed his man crush love for the bosux, and the only press ever given to the west coast was during Bonds’ chase of Hank Aaron’s HR record. And when that head case Manny went to the doyers. Have fun at NESN, I for one won’t miss you.

That's not fair

True, he never hid his love for the Sux, but he has always given a fair amount of coverage and credit to the Angels, as well as the other 29 teams. As a reporter he’s past his prime, but still better than 90% of the garbage employed by ESPN. This is definitely their loss.

Meh.

I’m overly hostile whenever it comes to the blatantly biased ilk of espn and well, basically all the sports media outlets. I was a bit harsh on ’ole liver spots. Oh well. I do feel he will better serve the chowd crowd on nesn.
