that Dusting Moseley has already been given the fifth starter pitching job.

well if weaver isnt ready for his first start or two

technically loux and adenhart could be battling for a couple early starts on top of moseley getting the 5th starters job

I was getting pissed off at the LA Times for having limited spring training coverage on the main sports page. I didn’t realize there was a forum blog section. Shame on the LA times for burying this…either that or I am an idiot. Most likely both.

And he worked himself into a hitter’s count before strike three. I’d say he’s still ahead this spring. And, as I type, he just robbed a two base hit.

Was at Diablo Stadium today

to vist the Tam Store there and ended up catching BP for the outfielders. If Johnny Rivers hits like that during the season – there will be no worries about his production – he was mashing. Hunter was hitting solid line drives and Vladdy and Abreu were spraying to all parts (Bobby had a lot of ground balls too though), but Juan was killing the ball a long way.

Granted its BP and Hatcher throwing the ball but still…
