You can refuse to believe it all you want. His career .247 batting average tells me that he goes cold from time to time.

Not all his fault.
But it’s not like you can confidently say he’d change things in the postseason. We heard the same things about Tex, and a fat lot of difference he made.

Also, I'll point out that Vlad hit .467 in the 2008 ALDS.
The problem was that people weren’t in scoring position when he came up.

Well...if the leadoff and 2 guys arent really doing the job they are supposed too....
I would say the 3 hole job is to get on base for the 4 hole guy…..
Look there are tons of people to blame…….problem is…the personnel on the team didnt do their individual jobs…..like the 1, 2 hole. 8-9 hole….so the 3-4-5 guys could do their job….
