Chuck Finley along with Brian Downing will be inducted (into the Angels Hall of Fame) on April 9.

Trying to remember him. Wasn’t he that guy with the funny looking batting stance where he looked like he was trying to show his gonads to the pitcher?
Also, I vaguely recall 2 or 3 home runs from the lead off spot.
Otherwise, it’s pretty fuzzy.

The rapprochement w/ Downing is another sign that Arte has been classing up the joint. I really wish I could be there to applaud.
If you attend on the 7th...
you get this handy dandy towel (that I assume will have the likenesses of Chuckie and Brian in those blank spots when you receive it at the gate):
are they retiring their numbers?
cuz on that hall of fame towel it has grich and baylor on there, whose numbers arent retired, right?

along with salmons 15. i have noticed thought that no one has been given 15 since timmy left, and im pretty sure no one has wore 31 since finley
