If the Angels have to have Mosely, Loux and Adenhart in the opening rotation

are any of you guys tempted to see Shields in the rotation? I think Bulger and Thompson could replace Shields (w/ Arredondo being main setup guy) than Loux, Mose, and Adenhart can replace Lackey and Santana.
