Like we needed another reason to boo Teixeira
Just poking my head back in long enough to make sure everybody read this. What's the over/under on the decibel level of BOO'S the first time Teixeira comes to bat at The Big A?

teixeira is a female dog (B****)
and i dont remember us ever having a dollar amount to what we offered it was just always 8years/160-180M have fun not making the playoffs the next 8-9 years and getting booed at your own home field when you get off to a slow start
But don't you EVER
use any punctuation, or else!

I won't boo him
I don’t care – really. He had every right to go wherever he wanted for whatever reason he had.
Right now I’m focusing on the 2009 season with the players we have.

Face it...
Teix wanted to be on the East Coast…he had a quality couple months plus in Ana to taste what it was like to play there AND he chose pinstripes. Plain and simple! There really isn’t anything to Boo IMO…

That clears it up
Here I am thinking that it was the Yankees astronomical offer that pursued him, when really it was just the Yankees private way of doing things.
Okay U-haul we’ll see how private things get when you are slumping and your owner decides to rebuke you to The Post.
He may be a fibber........or he may be someone who is misquoted......
but he doesnt deserve to be booed………
He played his butt off for the team whle he was here……so he gets no gripes from me.

Me thinks Teixeira and his agent
Oh, whoever his agent could be were asking too much for teams to be discreet in bidding for Tex’s services.
The Angels didn’t do anything wrong, but neither did the other teams who failed to land him.
There wasn’t anything drawn out in the media, except maybe between John Henry and Bor-ass at the end.
I think this is what Tex and his agent got butthurt about.
I would give him small standing ovation to acknowledge what he did for the Angels in 2008, but not more and not less.
I don't think any party did anything wrong
What is annoying though is U-hauls attempt to change the narrative from I went with the team that would pay me the most, to I went with the team that was the most private.
C’mon shoot it to us straight.
I have no problem booing players and I’ll be happy to boo U-Haul and his wife.
i will boo him and his wife
along with my incoherent boo’s i will also make a sign that reads "HEY MARK, YOUR WIFE SAYS GO 0-4 TONIGHT!
There is an "Angel in the outfield" and his name is GA! ps. he is lazy but not a bum GO HALOS!
give him a small applause
small cheer in his first AB back at the big A, then boo the heck out of him like the rest of the damn yankees
