the death of nick adenhart has been something that all of us are wrestling with and are grieving in our own way. he will NEVER be forgotten or replaced and his memory should be held in the highest regards by all of here at halos heaven and the extended angel family and fans whether they are casual or religious followers to this game all of know and love. i've been so touched by how all of us have come together through this tragedy but it might make us all feel better to start busting each other's balls and ripping on the competition again.

here goes: vlad scares the liviing crap out me on the basepaths

what was up with figgy's little bitch tantrum after kendry didn't dig that ball out of the dirt?

how long before we regret letting krod go?

Been thinking these thoughts as well

but couldn’t have put it better than this, just expressed really well, in a small space no less…nice job…

Vlad is plain scary all over, on the bases, in the field, at the plate (for the opposition, mostly)…just Vlad being Vlad, the baseball force of nature that he is;

I think Figgy just lost it a bit since he did a good job just getting to that one, don’t think he’d call out Kendry like that, but it was a bit much;

I checked out all off season, but K-Rod has had to have been covered pretty well by now, BUT I do not regret the decision to let him go, it was just time to go in another direction, like, maybe closer by committee. The only way I could see keeping him was if they started supplying defibrillators and Depends in the stands…but I’m far from a hater, he didn’t do good things for us, he did GREAT things and is instantly one of the all-time great Angels. No one is going to do what he did for us in ‘02 anytime soon…or anytime. If he appears in some interleague game sometime I’ll cheer loudly for him…then hope he has a meltdown.
