It still sucks that the playing field was a bit un-level for you guys. I’m sure it was tough for you not to have the scheduled starter who was supposed to go. Y’alls team may be my least favorite in sports, but I don’t wish that on anyone. I said a prayer for Nick’s family, friends and fans, and for his soul, when we had the moment of silence for him yesterday.
Still, damn though. How could you guys not just beat the crap out of Silva…

I swear Vlad kills us every single time. He’s obviously struggling right now, and aging an extra year in the offseason probably didn’t help him, but he’s still one of the batters in the game I fear the most as a Mariners fan.

…I had my 3 beers before the game and walked over to the park. Wasn’t even really buzzed, and didn’t drink a lick in the park. Too busy lugging a 20 pound camera bag up tot he top of the stadium :-)

off-kilt…er . The thought of a guy wearing the Celtic/Scottish version of a dress is bad enough. The thought of a Marooners fan wearing one is worse…much worse…especially one engaged in the hearty consumption of alcoholic beverages. The thought of that Marooners fan taking off the kil…OMG, my mind’s eye was just blinded by a flash from the heavens. Proof…there really is a God! Thank you dear Lord for spiting me!!!
