Chopper to the rescue!
Rich get a chance, and Ashley will have lots more to write about hopefully.

Make that...
“Richard and ASHLEY Thompson” but you get the drift.

something tells me
one of our other relievers got sent down for Thompson to come up.
i think there’ll be another position player called up to replace Vlad
Thank you, Nick Adenhart. You will always be remembered. #34

probably not
the pitching is so depleted they will wait until Monday to make any more moves, right now they need as many arms ready to go as possible. IF it is a blowout loss or win tomorrow or Sunday you may see Howie throw an inning.

Brandon Wood
I’m going to keep saying his name until he’s with the big league club.
Brandon
Wood
Send down Willits now. I don’t care if he’s out of options or whatever the hell. Get rid of him, and bring in Wood. If only because it’ll shut me up.
Brandon
Wood

We already sent
Willits down to call up R-Rod but i agree i want Wood starting every day in the MLB

Ok, if it will shut you up then I am convinced :)
On the other hand, “hey Wood come up and save our ball club.” “You are our savior.”
Might be kind of a daunting task for a developing ballplayer. You want to put that kind of pressure on the guy?
Angel Pitching (Adenhart), Angel Defense - get past that.

He doesn't need to save the ballclub
he just needs to save me from Watching Aybar-Figgins-Izturis bat 12 times a game.

Pleased for them both, but slightly nervous nevertheless...
…Chopper’s going to have to step up his game a notch.
Time to man up because no-one else in the ’pen (aside from Speier, rather confusingly) seems to have got that message. Time to see a bit of that reknowned Aussie fighting spirit.

Fellas, Willits has been gone for a little bit already…. you honestly believe Scioscia is gonna run w/ 13 pitchers? Let’s say he did call up Big Rich & send someone down (is it to early to designate Fuentes for assignment?), he’d still have a roster spot to fill on the 25-man… Woody will get his chance, and when he does, watch out…

The O.C. Register is reporting . . .
that relief pitcher Daniel Davidson will be promoted along w/ Thompson. Moseley to the injured list.

call me confused
from Ashley’s blog:
Chopper is a major leaguer again!…
Update: I have no new developments. Just wanted to clarify some things… I have NO idea what roster moves have been made. All I know is what Rich tells me, so all I know right now is that he’s headed to MN. :-)
isn’t that the wrong way to the Big A?
RIP Nick
