This is correct — most teams that start a season 6-14 come back and win the World Series. The Angels are doing it just right.

Saving countless runs with my defense.

This isn't 2002

We can expect a miracle [or more realistically, for the Angels to play better than they have shown], but as the cliche goes, ‘it is what it is’ and the Angels are not playing well right now.

I have some bad news, guys

2002 was 7 years ago. It’s the most important season this franchise has ever had, but it was 7 years ago. We can’t keep pointing to 2002. We need to move forward.

You're only six years old right?

I got a fever and the only prescription is... more Kowbell!

I don't even understand what that means

But we have to stop pretending that 2002 was yesterday and start realizing we need to make our own fortune. Yankees fans who point to 2000 look like idiots.

Yes, but they point to the number 26 and we bow.

RIP Nick Adenhart - Angel fans will never forget you!
