Angels could bring back O'Day
The Mets have DFA'd reliever Darren O'Day, and thus he must be offered back to the Angels. He's a steal at $25k and could help out our pen in its time of need.

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was just talking about him 2 days ago. This kid is good and like Vladd#27 said, we would have to side winding muther truckers, one from the Left side (Davidson) and one from the right side (O’Day, All’Day, Every’Day).
Please bring him back Angels!!!!!!
Put Kendry Morales at 1B, and move Sean Rodriguez to 3B......NOW LETS GO WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

O'Day was a "RULE 5" ... whatever the heck that means.
RIP Nick Adenhart - Angel fans will never forget you!

He wasn't on our 40 man roster...
That made him available to all others teams in the rule 5 draft, which allows teams that can use talent in the majors to draft guys who would otherwise have stayed in the minors. Basically if you have so much talent that a guy is not on your 40 man roster and is ready for the big leagues, then this system allows other teams to pay a fee and draft that player. If they can’t stay on the new team’s 25 man roster for a year, the player can go through waivers, then would be offered back to the team where he was drafted from.
Oh bother. This is explained much better on Wikipedia.
Let's do this for Nick Adenhart, Courtney Stewart, and Henry Pearson.

Rich man's Bulger?
Yeah! Bring him back and his 4.92 ERA. That is JUST what we need….blah.
Thompson and Davidson looked good in their first appearances. Put a little faith in our new side-armer and the tall Aussie.
Do it for Nick '09

hes pitched
3 innings this year and has alowed 0 ER (2 unearned) thats better than anyone in our pen right now. and his ERA last year was 4.57 not 4.92
and i dont see why we wouldnt take him back they paid 50K to get him and we would only have to pay 25K to get him back its kinda like we charged them to borrow him and now we are taking him back
