I'd take him any day over Bootcheck
Bulger dominated AAA, and yea I know the hitters aren’t nearly as good, but he DOMINATED AAA.
The thing is that he has been dominating AAA for a long time.
bootcheck just sucked, not as good stuff. Bulger just hasnt shown that IT that pitchers need to be succesful in the MLB
