Anybody get sick and tired of hearing about the NFL draft?
1. It is the most boring thing to watch.
2. Half these guys will be bust. You can never know whether anyone will be awesome or not. As Bobby V asked, “Was their any New England fan doing cartwheels over the Pats picking Tom Brady in the draft?” Absolutely not. Point being, you never know who is going to be great and who is going to be a multi-million dollar bust.
2a. Most guys don’t make an immediate impact. And even if they are awesome, they can only do so much because there are a bazillion guys on a football team. Unlike the NBA, where after a player gets drafted, you immediately see the results the next year. I mean, what are the chances that Mark Sanchez will even start a game next year?
3. Why is every radio station taking up so much time talking about this when you have the NBA playoffs, baseball season getting into full swing, and NHL playoffs all going at the same time? There is too much going on to allow so much attention given to the draft.
4. That being said, I am interested in the results of the draft. But after that, shut up and don’t wake me up until its Week 8.

Bah!!!
Hockey is a better sport, and more of a team sport than the No Fun League.
Nick, you will always be an Angel. And you will be missed.

I dont really disagree with this...
It is quite a team sport. However, I don’t think it is anymore of a team sport than soccer or baseball. I think the point being—the more people involved thus lessening the ability for one player to make a difference, the more it can be considered a “team” sport.

agreed
I love the draft, but the process takes forever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever

agree about the vets
are soo dumb for letting this happen. allowing rookies to take up soo much money with the salary cap. when are the Vets ever going to man up and do something about it.
I am soooo stoked
Got the best OL in the first, and picked up our MLB in the Second (Witherspoon moving to weak side).
Go Rams!
Angel Pitching (Adenhart), Angel Defense - get past that.
Entertaining first round
I think the thing that baseball purists can’t understand is the trading of picks. That’s what makes it interesting to me.
