Chatwood tosses second shutout in A-ball
Pitcher TYLER CHATWOOD has only given up two hits across eleven innings, due to a .91 K/IP and 5.67 GO/FO ratio. The walks are concerning, but double plays and catcher Anel De Los Santos' arm erased most of the resulting base runners.
Also, Michael Kohn adds 2 innings and 5 k's to his scoreless streak, while Alexia Amarista continues to tear the cover off the ball.

Angel Pitching (Adenhart), Angel Defense - get past that.
Great news
We’re going to need to start cultivating pitching, with our potential future losses and subsequent promotions on each level.
RIP Nick Adenhart 4/9/09
the domino effect of our pitching woes at the top...
of the food chain may have accelerated chatwood’s promotion just like o’sullivan and reckling but this is good to see. and kohn is pitching unbelievably well, every time i check his stats i think it’s a typo w/the low # of walks.
Bring 'em both up!
We need someone who can throw and miss center field too. :-)
Let's do this for Nick Adenhart, Courtney Stewart, and Henry Pearson.
BP's Goldstein takes a look at Chatwood.
