I’m an adult and lunch is whatever I say it is.

How long till someone says Mini Sirloin Burgers? Oops – did I just steal someone’s thunder?

Lunch today?

800 mg Ibuprofen and a 500 mg Darvocet. Makes lower back strains almost enjoyable!

WooHoo!

Oh…and a cup a Java to wash it down…

Darvocet

is weak. Have you Dr prescribe any of the *codones. Much better for the back.

I’m eating @ Del Taco, hoping to meet up with Tony Reagins.

Had Del for breakfast

Unfortunately, the “too much sugar in the blood” disease means I don’t get to have it every meal. Gotta shift to low-carb, don’t-want-to-eat-it bullshit lunch.

I'm usually in that same camp...

… though today it’ll be leftover Chinese food from last night. Beef fried rice is always better the next day. :D

Having escaped the land of deep-fried, battered pets...

…and returned to The Smoke, I had myself some sushi. Now onto supper here. Will probably cover the four basic food groups – beers, cocktails, bar snacks and a kebab on the way home.

where's the fish-n-chips?

i thought that’s a British staple food — or is it in the “bar snacks” food group? ;)

I like it

Their locations are usually grubby holes in the wall, but it’s certainly better than fast food fish n chips or asian places that try to do fish n chips. It’s cheap too. Make room for the deep-fried mushrooms.

Jersey Mike's

I’m not allowed to go to Hooters, ever since an unfortunate incident involving a pogo stick, duct tape, and a rabid badger. Everything was horribly misconstrued.

Shrimp Po’Boy sandwich, from a place in downtown L.A. called Mendocino Farms. Yeah, it’s a $12 sandwich, but worth it.
