It's hard to say I love a guy...

…when we receive them filtered through the media like this.

On the other hand, I have seen him play…and play he does. He brings an intensity on defense that matches the best I have ever seen. He is not the best hitter ever, but…there is no doubt in my mind he gives his best possible effort at any given time.

Torii, thanks for your all you do for the Angels. Yes, you are well compensated, but I believe your passion for the game wouldn’t change if you were doing it for free. I love you, and I hope you can continue this level of play for the next few years. Thanks, dude.
