Great article I read in SI from a former Angel minor league pitcher.  What I see is the Angels Management has a zero tolerance approach to steroids. This is why, Glauss was not resigned, Jenks and Turnbow let go and now we know why the Angels did not sign Manny. Great article a must read. Jenks seems like the biggest Jerk in the world.
