Angels GM Tony Reagins just announced that the Angels sent a scout down to the Dominican Republic to evaluate the performance of Pedro Martinez. Reagins told Fox Sports West's Jose Mota definitively that the Angels are out of the running for signing Pedro Martinez based on the scout's evaluation. The interview took place during ANGELS LIVE pregame to tonight's Angels - Rockies contest in Anaheim.
