Does Change in Haircut Lead to Hot Streak?

Well, this isn't proven, but Vlad chopped off the rattlesnakes, and we all know what he did Wednesday. Also, Magglio Ordonez shaved his curls off to attempt a Vlad-esque game on Thursday. He hit a two-run homer like Vlad.Question is: if you were a major leaguer, would you believe in these weird superstitions that "cause" slumps? Discuss.

I was very superstitious when I played baseball.

In HS on gamedays whenever we won I would continue everything I did on that day for the next game and if we kept winning, I kept it up. We’re talking everything down to not only WHAT i wore, but for example, the pants I wore, I would dress from left to right if that was how i had done it on the day we won. It was tedious to remember every nuance of each gameday, but I did it for the team.
