What's the confusion?
A guy that apparently didn’t care about anyone – not even himself – did the following;
1) Drank to excess (again) with his stepbrother.
2) While excessively drink, he drove a vehicle at high speed through a red light and smashed into another vehicle.
3) Immediately after the “accident”, while unbuckling his seat belt, he told his stepbrother to “Run bitch”.
