Angels pound Diamondbacks - OCRegister.com
The victory was the Angels' 12th in 16 interleague games (all against their NL West neighbors this season), the best interleague record in the majors.

Jose Arredondo becomes latest to go on the DL - Los Angeles Times
The pool of in-house candidates who could bolster the Angels' late-inning relief corps continues to dwindle.

Santana getting close to returning | santana, arredondo, scioscia, angels, elbow - Sports - OCRegister.com

A Mid-Season Review—Why The Angels Will Win The AL West - Bleacher Report
The Major League baseball season is a marathon, and usually the teams that end up playing in October are the ones who deal best with the adversity that’s encountered throughout the course of a long season. Fortunately for the Angels, Manager Mike Scioscia is one of the best in the game at finding ways to win, regardless of the hand he's dealt.

Team Reports - MLB at CBSSports.com
The Angels have outscored N.L. West teams 101-63 in their 16 interleague games through Friday. They have batted .304 (171 for 563) as a team with 27 home runs in interleague play. They have been even better with runners in scoring position in those games -- .337 (55 for 163).

Heaven-sent: Hunter lifting Angels with his bat - FOX Sports on MSN
"I think production is obviously going to come and go, but at a time when we needed it the most he's been leading the charge," Angels' manager Mike Scioscia said. "What Torii's brought to us, particularly on the offensive end, has been keeping our heads above water for the first couple of months."

What To Do With Hanrahan?  - MLBTradeRumors.com
McElroy sees Hanrahan without confidence on the mound. Despite a more than a strikeout per inning, the former Angels top pitching prospect has a 7.71 ERA and lost the closers gig twice in '09 and shown no improvement. Perhaps a change of scenery would be best?

Stepbrother: accused driver in Adenhart crash told him to run - OCRegister.com
"After the crash, you opened your eyes. Did you see your brother Andrew?’’ asked Deputy District Attorney Susan Price during the grand jury proceedings. "Yeah. … He was unbuckling his seat belt in the driver’s seat,’’ Rivera answered. "Did he say anything to you?" Price asked. "Yeah. I’m going to curse right now so,’’ he replied while testifying. "He said, ‘Run, Bitch,’ is what he said,’’ Rivera said.

Shitbag.

What's the confusion?

A guy that apparently didn’t care about anyone – not even himself – did the following;

1) Drank to excess (again) with his stepbrother.
2) While excessively drink, he drove a vehicle at high speed through a red light and smashed into another vehicle.
3) Immediately after the “accident”, while unbuckling his seat belt, he told his stepbrother to “Run bitch”.
