Around SBN: Dissecting Nick Diaz's Positive Drug Test

Ervin Santana and the Angels, "Do the Voodoo that they do so well..."

The Angels defeat the Oakland A's for their fourth win in a row and their first win after the all-star break. Hedey Lamarr would be proud.

Rev Halofan Reporting: I missed this game completely, went to a Dodger Game with my brother who doesn't drive, free tix, Astros beat 'em, got to see Erstad as a late-inning sub, that was awesome. Anyway, I read about this game and as happy as I am for Ervin, frankly, let's see you do it against a major league lineup, dude."

Who was K-Mo talking to?

I saw him talking to a kid in a gray sweat in the stands.

Anyone know about that heckler in Tampa?

I remember hearing him a few years back. It seemed like he had seats right next to a mic he was annoying and hilarious at the same time. I wonder he still attends

Hey yelling is better than a noise that:

Is borderline between a fart, trumpet, and steamboat whistle.

This was win #50.

Also, at the start of the game, we were tied with the Yankees for 3rd fewest losses. Remarkable…really and truly remarkable.

The only teams with fewer losses are the Dodgers and the Rd Sux.

“I’m a straight up G!”

“The gangster life, is the life for me!”

“Throwing heaters by day, dealing K’s by night,”

“The life of a gangsta is hella tight!”

“I’m a gangster. Grrr, I’m steaming mad”

“I’m a gangster. My stats are bad.”

Speier isn't an option for POTG?

I figured he is sacrificing his stats and just doing his part to keep Fuentes as the Saves leader….thats a solid team mate and worthy of POTG!

Free Brandon Wood!

POTG has to be Voodoo...

We weren’t sure which Santana we’d get. He held down choakland with a superb pitching performance. Special nod given to K-Mo and the All Star Figgy, Light It Up!!!!!

YOU DON'T KNOW THE POWER OF THE DARKSIDE.....

by halofolife on Jul 17, 2009 12:19 AM PDT reply actions

I really want to put my vote for Fuentues as the POTG

That could have been bad had it been Jepsen.

Nick Adenhart.

And why no love for quinlan for panther?

He had a clutch 2 out/ 2 strike hit that kept that inning going. Just sayin.

Nick Adenhart.
