It has to be...it was the only pitch he saw from Speier.
Speier said it was suppoesed to be a back-door slider. Might as well have set it an a tee.
Why was Speier in in the 9th??

That was a bad pitch...
but there’s no way he should have been allowed to pitch to him in the first place. I cannot believe that they didn’t walk him in that spot. It’s decisions like that that make me question mike Scioscia.
