ESPN and Jason Stark know the Angels well
In his recent artical about the Angels being an MLB trade deadline loser, Stark's introductory argument begins with "Once again, the Angels arrived at the final week of July knowing they had a great shot to play in October. And once again, the deadline came and went without a single entry in their transactions column." Once again? Remember last year? Are you mentally handicapped? If so, put that in as a disclaimer.

I thought that was awesome, too.
’I’m going to make a hilarious generalization about this organization and ignore what happened just the previous year, because it doesn’t fit my preconcieved notions.
#34 Forever
Plugging the upside since 2006.
Never give up, never surrender!
Fuck him.
Hes the same fool that said no one wanted Bobby Abreu because hes “a low energy player.” He makes Buster Olney look like a genius.
even in LA
I am a fan of both Dodgers and Angels, Angels is #1 of course. But even in LA, the doyers get so much media, especially radio, compared to the Angels. It makes me sick sometimes. Apparently, anything Manny does or doesn’t do is more important than the Angels.
You know, how we have have been the hottest team since June, the 8-game winning streak, best offense, best record in AL….
It's better this way.
It sets up an “us against the world” mentality.
Angels baseball. We do what we must, because we can -- HaloDutch
