Jake Locker Signs w/ the Angels
Just two days before the deadline to get a deal done, Washington Huskies quarterback Jake Locker agreed to a contract Saturday with the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim.

My UW friends are pissed...
I can’t tell you how many times that I’ve explained to them that he’s not leaving UW, in fact he’s actually helping the team by freeing up a scholarship. Of course, UW/M’s fans don’t want to see another NW freak athlete go to a CA team (think Tim Lincecum).
Locker is a good college QB, but not good enough to be drafted in the NFL. Yet.

I want Andrew Thomas Gallo to be a pinata, and the Angels supply the bats...
