Back to the good announcers
who is now doing the games in Baltimore? The last time I heard them was in 2005
Palmer is one of the announcers and he is excellent.

I posted this after the thread was posted, but it was so long I want someone to read it. This is what Physioc sucks at.
Physioc had been trained for TV
The radio guys (Markas, Smith) are made for radio, so they know how to describe. Someone probably told Phys that when on TV, you let the people figure it out, and you (the announcer) are more of a color-play-by-play guy (yes, both) you add a little something to the field, let your partner add a little something to what you say. Much different for radio. Play-by-play guy says the play, color guy adds color.

What irks me is that he pays no attention to the details, where the fielders are, pitch location etc and he loves to talk about what happpened in the past, the other team, anything but the Angels (now i feel better) jm
