I can't believe that when
a baserunning blunder is between Vlad and Torii people blame in on Torii.
Watch the LL World Series even, managers send slow runner intentionally to steal 2nd with 2 outs and runners at the corners because if you have a fast runner at 3rd he can score if the throw goes to 2nd.
The reason why it works is because hardly any catchers can resist throwing out a runner, Laird did and did the smart thing.
Maybe vbecause it works in little kefir

my favorite is when runners at the corners 2 outs
and the runner at first takes a lead that is like a full foot longer than normal. And as soon as the pitcher breaks to 1B the runner takes off. He also has to have big lead off 3rd too though

but Torii had the play in front of him. He should not have been thrown out returning to third. Especially with 2 outs!

as Inge did as for and receive time. However Figgy was well off the base and had already started going towards home before time was called.

It came up in a Minnesota game thread… Jepsen or Bulger? Would you rather date a psychobitch or a fat chick?
We decided on Psychobitch at the same time Jepsen K’ed the M&M boys. So he became psyKobitch, and we shortened it to “psyKo”. Bulger became “Fat Chick” by default.

Last night at the Quakes game
the IE catcher made back to back errors on bunts. The first time it was towards the 1B side of the mound and the catcher and pitcher collided. More the pitchers fault I guess, the very next batter layed down a bunt down the 3rd base line and he dropped it
