"Mr. Bootcheck has NEVER

relinquished a lead in the National League."

(please forgive any spelling mistakes. I haven’t got SB’s staff.)

Who goofed? I've got to know.

Saw him pitch for Indianapolis

the Pirates’ AAA farm team—he had nothing that night, either.

I’m sure he’s a great kid and probably had a metric ton of unrealized potential which makes pitching coaches drool, wondering if they’ll be the one to coax the genie from the bottle…

but he couldn’t consistently get hitters out when he wore an Angel uni and his start with the Pirates suggests not much has changed.

Awwww

Poor guy. I’ll be fine if he goes on to succeed with the Pirates

What's the surprise?

Oh…that the Pirates are still considered a an MLB team…
