Intersting thing about the Yankees
Their pitching has been alright this season to the point that I could see them passing on John. But could Boston resist?
Going to Boston definitely depens on how much Big John likes being the Big Dog.

This pretty much guarantees that a team desperate for stating pitching with overpay for lackey.
Lackeys desire to remain in Anaheim might determine our chances of keeping him.
Well...
Wangs injury, Pettittes contract coming up, and them wanting Joba to stay in the BP would make sense in them wanting Lackey. As for the BoSox they certainly have room for him, but will they give him the money he wants. If he does leave I hope its to a different team, maybe the Doyers.

Lackey
Is clearly the best free agent starting pitcher. No one else is close. I hope we bring him back because we are so much better with him than we would be without him.
i wouldnt count out the other NY team as players...

I think if Lackey wants to be the Ace he stays with LA
