His whole sept has sucked
but yes, i’m aware of his overall performance.
I just hope this doesn’t carry over into the playoffs. Pitchers seem to have him scouted down to a tee, especially when he behind the count.

ok I MIGHT buy that argument if August wasn't his BEST month by far
so Kendry had an outstanding 450 abs and then instantaneously he’s figured out and is worthless???? I doubt it. He can hit a ML fastball, he is a great off-speed hitter, dude is just expanding his zone…. maybe because he wants those 100 RBI’s really really bad I dunno. He finishes this year and the postseason off this bad and then has a bad April and May and then I’ll say the league figured him out, but also who knows if he’s fighting some kind of injury too. A player tweaks his knee or an elbow or even a finger and it can mess him up good.
very good points
i need to stop being so fickle

Cool, just wondering.
I coached and managed in LL when my boys were younger, and know how tiring and thankless a job it can be. This by chance isn’t the league that made it to the Western Regionals in San Bernardino, is it?
YOU DON'T KNOW THE POWER OF THE DARKSIDE.....
Not this season. That was a team from Maui.
But last season we did, and then we made it to Williamsport, and then we Championed the World.
And volunteering in baseball is some of the best baseball around.

well considering Sabathia's next good playoff start will be his first
and A-Rod chokes in the playoffs, I’d put their chances at like 30%.
Also you can always go to betting sites to get a good idea about their chances. Vegas has NO rooting interest.

Exactly how wrong would it be to wish Howie Kendrick had replaced a certain dude named Adenhart in a certain car right now? Hank is 7 runs below a zombie replacement at first base. Do you realize how terrible that is? Zombie’s can’t think, they’re slow, and they’re often ejected from the game for eating opposing baserunners’ brains. – Ben quantifies Hank Blalock
