I spoke briefly today to a sports agent who works in my building.     We were in the elevator and he growled at my Angels hat.

    “Don’t like the Angels?” I said.

    “Not when I’m trying to give them a pitcher!” He said.

I believe this guy works for Wasserman Media Group.  So I did a little digging and found a FA list of players that are represented by this Agency:

I found the name "Joel Piniero" to be interesting.   Also Vicente Padilla and Guillermo Mota are notable here.

I wonder who he was talking about?

Edit:  Wasserman Media Group is in my office building.  This guy got off on the Agency's floor.  That's why I made these assumptions about who he was and who he worked for.

Another Edit:   It's confirmed he's the agent or on the team of agents representing Piniero.  They are in negotiations and it's currently down to the Angels or Mets.
