They should let Arroyo go one more and then just hand it to Chapman.

So the OC Register has this "14 Reasons to Hope" article and it mentions the starting rotation and some other players as well as a few prospects.
Then it mentions potential FA signings, like Crawford and Downs. And then they out of nowhere come up with Chris Young(the pitcher) and John Buck.
