The greatest shortstop in Angles history is coming home. Gary will be working with the "Ninja".

not afraid to say it
as a 12 year-old boy this man was my favorite position player. of course, langston was my favorite pitcher, so that meant 1995 was about the worst season ever, but happy to have him back. i know he has new england roots but he’s always an angel to me.

Sorry, but DiSar sucked, HOWEVER ...
it is amazing how the flash point for the “great collapse of 1995” was when Gary injured his thumb sliding into second base.
I love this team.

patience...
he’s with his kids right now and that’s a good place for him to be.
I survived the 2010 season.
The Greates SS in Angels history?
Did they re-hire Jim Fregosi?

This is an interesting "Angle" to Gary's home...
considering he is a Mass-hole through and through. He was born in Malden, MA and went to the University of Massachussetts Amherst.

I love this team.
I barfed:
Once becoming a starter in 1992 he wore number 33, an unusual number for a shortstop, as a tribute to Larry Bird, a hero of his hometown.

I hope he's ready...
to hate the Red Soxs as much as the Angels fans do, otherwise he should just stay where he is….
We don’t need any more east coast team lovers, we already have Rojas.
I survived the 2010 season.
I also once heard Rojas call Ronald Regan his favorite president ever...
oooookay?

He's Arte's favorite president too
fyi … you might have to consider embracing our differences instead of expecting conformity. People might mistake you for a fascist otherwise.
i have no idea what the F that guy is talkkng about
after listening to Steve Physioc DROOL over Derek Jeter and anything related to Boston’s “magical” 2004 season let’s call it like it is: ROJAS is an unbiased announcer.
Yuck....
Disar was one of the biggest reasons the Angels never amounted to anything when he was here.
He was considered a strength but he hit so poorly that regardless of how well he fielded he was a detriment to the team overall. He almost never walked, and outside of 1995 his BA was low, and he never hit for power.
Let’s hope that he is a lot smarter than the people that considered him someone to build around, rather than a stopgap until someone better came along. Unfortunately my money is on him not understanding that.
DiSarcina
Worse Than Wood … let’s hope that since he cannot nor could not ever DO that he can at least TEACH Reagins.
Worse Than Wood?
Whoa there, Rev….let’s not get carried away!

Hopefully Gary can look at these issues from a different Angle
I feel bad for saying that, it was awful.
You are getting a good coach
He was great with the Spinners.
