Should the Angles try to bring back Eckstein?
David Eckstein is a free agent again and the former two-time world champion should be brought back to where the fun started, the Angels. Signing him would instantly add 20-30 hrs, 100s of hits and bring back a fan fav and clubhouse leader. He can come relatively cheap too compared to some of the other free agents on the market today. A two year deal for him with an option for a third seems like a win-win situation for both him and the Angels to me.

How the hell does Eckstein instantly add 20-30 homers and hundreds of hits?
I think this may be a worse suggestion than signing Jeter to play 3rd

I would be thrilled!
If the Angles signed Eckstein. He’d fit in perfectly with the rest of the acutes and obtuses. Best of all, that means that the Angels will not have anything to do with him.
What would you do if the Gauls signed Eckstein?

Pardon me for being oblique, but
while it’s acute idea, it’s not right to sine him. Go off on a tangent, call me obtuse, but hey…

No
and hell no.

What got me with that clip...
…Buckner was one of those work hard/play hard guys that always appeared to give his best effort. That effort led to the many injuries, and which diminished his abilities. I admired his style of play.
Like Donnie Moore, this one play branded him unfairly. I am glad he was finally allowed some level of redemption by throwing out the first pitch at the world series game. He deserved better.

Rec'd for midweek hilarity.
The quality of the writing and comments here is so good that junk like this just screams trolling. Stay classy Red Suck Nation.
Captain, there are doubt's...
Element's from the past and the future combining to form something not quite as good as either.
So Jesse78, you've been on TV eh?
Let me guess, you were one of the people blown away by how awesome Sham-Wow is. Maybe you were hemorrhoid sufferer number 2 then? We’ll re-sign Eckstein when the sux re-sign Buckner. How about that troll?
YOU DON'T KNOW THE POWER OF THE DARKSIDE.....
Satire? Serious? Troll?
This one confuses me.
Either way, please come back OP, and atone for your stupidity.
What do you need a fancy suit for, Charlie, you ain't got no job to wear it to.

I am pleased I make you laugh, at me or with me its all good. I like both the angels and red sox have lived in both places. I guess fan favorites dont equal much once they leave huh? You guys really wouldn’t want a former World Series MVP on the team?
You've seen me on your tv
Yeah, those former World Series MVPs can really turn a season around,
like that one guy we had in 2010.
Oh, wait — not so much.
