I know it's the holidays, and such, and that it's been a relatively quiet period for the Halos of late. 

That said, however, it's really quiet out there in them there interwebs.

Is the Ninja lurking and working a deal?

I certainly hope so.

I'm really trying to be optimistic about this coming season, and while you can lump me in with the group that agrees that a Health K-Mo really is like adding a big-time Free Agent, I'm also in the club that thinks we needed one more bat when he WAS healthy.

That said, I'm really hoping for one of those holy-crap-we-just-traded-what-for-who sort of moments in the next few days (hours?)...

And you'll notice I said trade.

I also really hope we get Beltre. But Beltre + Mysterious-uber-LFer-not-named-Carl-Crawford-via-ridiculously-one-sided-trade-for-Mathis+Wood+Scioscia's-wifes-lasagna-recipe-booklet-that-nobody-in-the-national-or-local-media-saw-coming sort of moves.
