Dude, I seriously hope some of the guys from the team check this site
A good amount of the stuff we come up with is worthy of being bulletin board and locker room material.

Excellent...
and a good place for some Soth praising…per Jayson Stark, Soth is baseball’s best manager.
In Scioscia’s first 10 seasons running the Angels, he’s won exactly 900 games. Which comes to an average of (yep) 90 wins a year. And how rare is that? According to the Elias Sports Bureau, only four other managers in history ever averaged 90-plus wins over their first 10 seasons as a manager.
“He sets the tone for the entire organization,” said another GM, “and has created an ‘Angels Way’ that few other teams have.”
“I remember walking into Fenway Park one afternoon about 3:30,” said one scout. “And their whole team was out there, working on going first-to-third and second-to-home, at full speed. And they do that one day in every city they go to. They work on a fundamental like that. For me, it showed this was a team that believes the small things matter.”
And why do the Angels believe that? Because their manager believes that. This is the kind of team he wants. These are the kinds of players he wants. And his front office constructs a team that can play that kind of baseball, not to mention an organization that keeps infusing those kinds of players into the system.
So you combine it all — the winning, the consistent overachieving, the attention to detail, the ability to overcome injuries and tragedies, the World Series trophy, the two manager of the year awards and the imprint on the entire franchise — and you have a great, great manager on your hands.
“Mike Scioscia is the best,” said one AL executive. “And no one else is even close.”

In addition,
with Scioscia, we’ve had 2 seasons (nearly 3) above .600 and have only been under .500 twice. In the previous 10 years we were less then .500 six times. It’s not like inheritied the Braves at there peak and kept winning divisions.
Obviously, the addition of Mr. Moreno has a lot to do with this ongoing success but remember, we’ve won just as many WS as the Yankees have this decade and we haven’t had to buy an all-star team every year to do it.

I guess I should have said millenium.
I only meant it rhetorically, anyway. I put 2000 in both this decade and this millenium.

Rally Monkey Clips
Hey guys you know how when the Angels are down in the later innings they play the rally monkey videos to wake up the crowd, and how they have several different clips from movies or tv shows, I ALWAYS wondered why they never played this for when Garret Anderson would come up to bat, seeing how it would fit perfectly: The Matrix clip when Mr. Smith would say “Mr. Anderson” in a calm, yet sinister voice. Then Garret says “my name is G-A!”And after that they have the ralley monkey jumping around and shreaking like he does. I think both the players and the fans wouldve enjoyed that, idk maybe it’s just me. In case you guys arent too familiar with what I mean then here you go… Youtube.com/watch?v=XooISvoZ_rs&feature=related ……

No shirt, no shoes, no diiiiiiice!
There should be a Spicoli quote hall of fame.
“What are you doing Spicoli?”
“Learning about Cuba, and having a pizza.”
“All I need are some cool waves, some tasty bud and I’m fine.”
“You hear that? That’s my skull. I’m so wasted!”
