Tooting my own horn on Baseball Prospectus radio
First link on the page, direct link here, listen to myself and a couple of my classmates talk about my senior project. Essentially, we developed a shirt that can show when a pitcher's mechanics degrade. This is kinda the sum of my work in college, so I'm pretty proud of it. I do get in a "go Angels!" near the end.
You can watch a video here, sorry for the gratuitous Red Sox footage, my school is in Boston.
I'm Marcus, for the record.

That is VERY impressive.
I can see this being used throughout baseball, from college to the pros.
Nice job!
((sigh)) I miss college...
I love the academic side of running after an idea and making it happen.
Not that it doesn’t happen in most of our 9-5’s, but with corporate red tape, budgets, visions, deadlines, mandates, and imposters, it’s nowhere near as fun.
Nice job and something that could really become viable if there is nothing better out there in terms of functional equivalence.
Grats!
Way Cool !
Maybe HH can help you come up with a name for this.
Iv’e got nothin’.
P.S. You blink a lot.
It's Always Somethin'
Haha really? Never noticed the blinking before.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say...
…not Alexandra?
If I’m wrong, this story has much more interest suddenly.
Some of us are old.
I was looking for “Carl Johnson”.

…..“on your genitals”
I brought sexy back, but they only gave me store credit....
Smart idea. Wcich of the 3 of you had the original thought?
With some tweaks or other modifications, I can see this idea being applied to other “applications”…batters and golfers swings, runner’s strides, and so on.
Have you taken these other ideas into account? If so, be sure to cover as much as possible in patent filings.
My idea at first (mostly thanks to Ervin)
And yup, other applications are endless.
