fondest memory of shea hillenbrand

all the years of callers telling Terry we should trade for him preceding our signing of him. Proof that many callers don’t know shit. Sure he may have hit well against us during the early half of the decade when we would always get destroyed at SkyDome.

This is surely due to his .357/.385/.571 mark against us as well over his career (his highest splits against any team) as well as an .886 OPS at Angel Stadium

To this day, I blame him for us missing the playoffs with a black hole at 1B in 2006.

that's what I was trying to say

shockingly, his OPS at angel stadium over his career minus 2007 remained at .886 , I have no idea how that number is so.

remember when the Angels

signed aging players that had already had their best years a long time ago with a different team. The Dodgers have become the Angels of the early 1990’s…..

It could be worse. It could say “Boston” on top of white, grey, blue, green, whatever the eff color their uniforms are. Or it could be prison stripes.

So, you added him, right?

I’ve been Facebook befriended by a few ballplayers, and I remember happily skipping over Hillebrand.
