Gary Pettis is the best defensive centerfielder ever
Say Sparky Anderson nobody had more range nobody. He also has the greatest catch in any game when he almost jumped over the fence to bring back a ball. They called that play " THE CATCH". His fielding pct. is a joke because he covered right field too just ask REGGIE. Pettis made some throwing errors trying to do to much. Edmonds was a show boat and Tori has no range. The second greatest catch at the big A belongs to Downing and LYNN. When they collated at the fence. The Third best was a replacement player named POWELL who dove just like Edmonds but pretzeled himself into the wall. Now its okay to hate but give Pettis his due he deserves it. My alltime Outfield is Ichiro S. Griffey jr and PETTIS.

ever heard of
Devon White? Darin Erstad in 2002 not good enough for some props?
You’re a lude boy? Do you care if you ever get home?
I think I wrote the same thing, word for word,

Dude, slam on Edmonds all you want.
But PLEASE don’t slam on that catch!

"collated at the fence" must have felt as painful as it reads
"All I need are some tasty waves, a cool buzz, and I'm fine."
I wonder what they collated?
Surely a clubhouse attendant could have taken care of this menial task, instead of Lynn and Downing working on this assignment out on the warning track.

You know, there IS a lot of loose gravel out there.
And the pebbles remain randomly mixed up and all out of order with respect to their size. Little ones mixed up with big ones. Red ones tossed into a pile of brown ones. Ever since Lynn and Downing left the team this is something that has bugged the shit outta me. I wish, at least, the grounds keepers would get on it.

This reads like a 4th grader's essay
But no fourth grader was alive to have watched Pettis, so I’m confused.
Griffey was a good outfielder with the Mariners. He made some spectacular catches, but his speed was never more than a bit above average. An alltime great, but mostly for his bat. On defense alone, he was never at the level of the defensive wizards like Pettis, White, or Erstad.
Pettis, White, Eric Davis are the best defensive CF’s I’ve seen.
The HK-47 hitting droid is the finest line drive machine ever built
A healthy Eric Davis was as good as any CF in the modern era
Too bad he wasn’t healthy very often. Maybe my favorite player ever. Because of him, I grew up a Cincy Reds fan. Adopted the Angels when SLC took the AAA affiliate.

Your "All time" Outfield leaves out Babe Ruth, Roberto Clemente, Willie Mays
Mickey Mantle, Joe DiMaggio, Hank Aaron, Al Kaline, Fred Lynn, etc…
Your “All Time” Outfield is weak. I think the angels current outfield may have your all time one beat.

They didn't have enough range
And made too many throwing errors trying to do too much.
