A Moment of Silence for Nick

Coming up on this hour a year ago, the unthinkable happened to a young, budding star pitcher from our favorite team.

I am going to be saying a prayer for Nick, Courtney, Henry and also for Jon in a few minutes. I hope everyone else can join along in remembering these 3 young people who left us a year ago.

May you three rest in peace.

My thought and prayers go out to the families of Nick, Courtney, and Henry, and I also pray for the continued recovery of Jon on the one year anniversary of this terrible tragedy. I’m still so saddened by the magnitude of the loss of these promising young lives.

I am proud to say that I was at Nick's game last year.

At the beginning of what looked to be a very promising career. And I was at last nights game honoring his memory. A year later and it’s still hard to believe that he is gone. RIP Nick, Henry and Courtney.
