Villanueva is one of the better bullpen arms for the Brewers.

I joke......
It makes no sense to me for the teams in the middle of the country,….closer to the SEC, to be part of the Pac 10
for mega conferences to happen
theres gonna be some weird geographical stuff because the west and its layout is not conducive to this….unless u have teams like utah, byu, and unlv joining and thats not exactly a power conference

I honestly think it's best for the Big 12 that they stay put.
They probably will find a couple of other teams to add up to 12 again.
I have to wonder why the Pac10 was so agressive about trying to raid the other conferences anyway. I understand the money aspect, but DAMN1
btw....dont hate on usc if its a joke...i have to deal with too many people who arent joking
ehh ive had this discussion…there aren’t 2 schools who can make the conference decent and bring something to the table at the same time
the pac-10 is ready to expand and with things going to mega-conferences they were being pro-active…u gotta give it them for having the balls to try something like that

Texas was the obvious plum.
If they had followed A&M to the SEC, plus possibly Oklahoma and Missouri………that would have made more sense in my mind, IF THEY WERE GOING TO GO SOMEWHERE. They didn’t. I’t probably the right move.

thats y it never gained any traction….they would open up Texas to recruiters from the sec, they would go from a medium/big fish in a little pond to a medium/big fish in a medium/big pond…plus texas doesnt want to assosciate culturally, politically, or most importantly ACADEMICALLY with the SEC

Wood isn't going to be playing considerable time
unless he starts hitting.
Napoli to first, Mathis back at C. Frandsen playing more, Izzy playing more than planned, and then the Angels would probably trade for someone.
thats not happening
frandsen will play more but wood will get the majority of the starts regardless of whether he starts hitting while aybar is out…this team still has faith in him

After watching tonights game
How in the world did this team just go like 15-4?
yup one game
with one of our (imo THE) worst starters and a mediocre day at the plate…..hell is this team good enough to win 60 games this season?
