It is probably not a good idea to post during a game [we are in the 6th], but then again, I'm not sure it is a game.  My confusion is due to the inane banter between Rojas and Gubbles.  Two f'n innings of food commercials and ha ha's.  Now that may not be so bad, but I guess I'm spoiled.  Yes, fellow Angel fans, fellow Heaven mates, the last three nights I actually was in heaven....Vinny's heaven.  How is it that one man [hint:  one man] can both enthrall and inform WHILE keeping the focus on just about every thing happening on the field?  OK, he is a Hall of Fame broadcaster...for good reason. 

We don't expect the Angels to roll over and play dead when the Yankees [current champs] roll into town, do we?  Why should Arte give up on LA by marketing two idiots that have during the season developed and depended on a banter BETWEEN THEMSELVES?  You see, Arte, Vinny talks to the CUSTOMERS....the waiters in the Diamond Club tonight are having a good time, good, some of it might be worth sharing, but there IS a BASEBALL game going on.  I don't care about Rojas trying to buy a out a cotton candy salesman's entire inventory. He didn't comment on the game until the  inning had two outs. By the way, Arte, the cotton candy salesman couldn't give Rojas a price...more delay.

I thought [along with many others] last year's Phyzzrexx was a disaster.  This year is not far behind.  Rojas and Gubbles are a pathetic commercial.  Food, Coors Light Freeze cam [tonight it was various shots of stadium overpriced food], Cold Hard Blast...broadcast booth "guests" shilling, whatever...are we to believe there is no play by play broadcaster that might even pay attention to the game? 

Hell....why not use the vaunted Angel farm system?  For all he's been worth, give Brandon Wood a try.
