Granted I didn't do as much draft prep as normal
but aren’t a lot of the Angels Top 5 picks considerable overdrafts in the experts opinions? Or am I off base?
and also when I hear the phrase
the Angels plan on taking tools guys and turning them into baseball players I cringe. Who have the Angels done this with in the past?
