The Angels finally came to terms with top pick Caleb Cowart. Cowart signed a contract of 2.3mm with a 900,000 dollars over slot. The Angels have succesfully signed all first rounders of the 2010 draft. What does this mean for the Angels? Look forward to 2014 and beyond because  a whole new crop of shining stars is coming through the system. With liitle depth at the upper minors levels, the angels could see their once famous, extrememly deep farm system once more in the near future. With other hot prospects on the rise, the future is bright for the Halos.
