This is the kind of stuff
that has me walking out of the El Cortez with twenty betting receipts cheering or booing over every pitch, hit, decision made during the game(s).
Thank goodness the minimum bet is $5. Now excuse me while I look up the numbers next to these bets….

Freese!
Napoli's 27th, 28th, 29th and 30th homers of the year (four more than Jeff Mathis' career total) rained down on Angel Stadium like knives from the ceiling.

The La Russa does not change its habits. Carpenter will probably go 4 2/3, Wilson 6. Longevity wins out.

There's a mistake in the World Series MVP players ...
no Jeff Mathis option on the list…
The dude rakes when it counts. Don’t count him out.
I love this team.

Those odds for the series suck.
You can get Texas at -150, and St. Louis at +140 at FiveDimes.
I've got nothing.
O, O, Stl, Stl
In the long run men hit only what they aim at. Therefore, though they should fail immediately, they had better aim at something high.

Rangers in Six!
Gotta root for the Rangers with Mike Napoli, Adrian Beltre, and Darren Oliver on their roster over the Cardinals with Rafael Furcal on theirs.
With Carpenter on the mound I foresee the Cardinals winning games one and five. The Series MVP will be Neftali Feliz. I cheer for Western Division teams. Remember the “The west is the best, get here and we will do the rest” mojo? Go Toxoids!
OOTT
Vernon Wells 2011 Stats (.218/.248/.412) and 2010 road stats (.224/.299/.400). The front office shouldn't have been surprised.
I like how Prince does not even have listed Vegas odds to come to Anaheim.
I brought sexy back, but they only gave me store credit....
Just as Arte can't afford the payout of Fielder's next contract, Vegas can't afford the payout of the bet with the odds they'd have to give.
Vegas was burned badly last year on people who took the sucker’s bet of 10,000 to 1 odds on a Vernon Wells trade.

lyle spencer watch (because i don't feel like making a fanshot)
On October 6:
@fureousangel My last word. Mathis hasn’t hit. Neither has economy. Healthy attitude is to hope both rebound. What’s so terible about that?
Did he just prove that he isn’t thinking logically? The past predicts the future (Moneyball action for you)
