This has been such a sloppy played game

still can’t believe Crackington kept the bunt on in like the 2nd inning when it was clear they Cards were crashing in and taking away the bunt. You have to let him swing away there, a groundball to pretty much anywhere except the pitcher is a single.

Nothing wrong with Tex winning the WS. It is obvious that the team has taken the personality of its owner who was always a helluva a competitor.

The Angels won 99 games that year.

After the beginning of the 2nd half of the season, there wasn’t much doubt they would be part of the postseason. It would take away from the Angels run because on the anniversary of us winning it all will now be associated with the Texas Rangers winning the World Series forever. DAMN IT!
