That was awesome!!
Nice for the guys and team to show that they don’t take themselves too seriously. It didn’t come off as a blatant play on sentiment or condescending in tone.
In short, there’s no way I can see an East Coast team sending this to their fans.
I love these kinds of things
It’s kind of like some of the little personal interviews they show on the jumbotron at the game. My family still laughs about one we saw years ago. The question posed to the players was, “Which teammate do you think is most likely to be an alien?” The majority of them said “Shiggy” (Shigetoshi Hasegawa). Then, when it they asked Shiggy himself, he said with a smile, “I don’t know…ME?”
I love getting to see my team without their game faces on every once in a while, to remember that they are real people too. The only thing that could’ve made this Christmas promo even better would be a more annoying song, like The Little Drummer Boy.

Right on with the Mathis thing. After watching the worse hitter in the history of the game start almost every night, and right after another Angel game where that had lost because lack of offense I unfortunately created this name out of anger. But dont worry, I am a true Angel fan and a season seat holder for a few years now.
No need to get all upset over Scioscia's hot sweaty man love for Mathis.

Loved this video but where is "Feliz Navidad" sung by our latino players?
I thought the Angels signing Pujols was a grand attempt at capturing the huge untapped latino market that is said to be out there waiting to be lured away from the soccer stands. Where is Canard with a 50,000 word essay scolding the Angels Org. for this failure?
