I'm not going to watch any spring training games!
I want to save his first AB as an Angels, for game 1 of the 2012 season!

I hope he wrecks the Ballpark in Arlington
This video would be so much cooler if he were wearing an Angel uni
I cant wait!
I have a feeling he’s going to own that park just like Vlad once did………… By the way, those bastards over at Lone star ball have a fan post on their home page talking smack about us.. Needless to say I am now banned from that site….
"I Bleed Angel red"
I been meaning to join their blog, but I never use my laptop.

Irony
This thread is supposed to be about Pujols, and you are going off topic by talking smack about how Lone Star fans go off topic in their threads. I’m not coming to their defense, just thought it was funny.
Where were you on December 8th, 2011 - Pujols Day?

Damn... I've never been banned...
Probably because I only posted to offer sympathy when the guy fell off the upper deck.
If the Halos don't care about the way they play, then why should I?
Red, I was trying to have a nice conversation as I had for a week until someone looked
At my profile pick and just lost it. So apparently legitimate opinions and conversations do not matter in the LSB rodeo arena. Now I can not wait to sweep them at which time I will re appear on their site to remind them that they have a better pitching and hitting line up than the Angels.
I still can not believe they banned me, I am a nice guy!
CONGER, CONGER, CONGER !!!
Yeah, well, what do you expect from LSB?
BTW, that yahoo spam is still coming out sporadically.
If the Halos don't care about the way they play, then why should I?
I got kicked out for asking why DOV was banned
Thin skinned lot.
Unlike this cat, my love for the LAA will never die.

Did they go Geg Halman on you?
"One time, when we got back to the locker room, all of our clothes were gone," Trout recalled. "They left me a Lady Gaga costume and I had to wear it."
I hate that one of the commenters on LSB is named Black Francis.
That name is way too cool for a Rangers fan.

Circling the Bases and MLB Facts and Rumors have Abreu
asking for a trade
"would welcome" and "wouldn't shy away from" are far from "asking"
Just googled “Abreu trade” and those article headlines came up.
MLB Trade Rumors has the “would welcome” title on theirs
I love this team.

It looked like his bat speed was a little slow there...
I think he is on the downside of his career….
Bring on the OREO Line!
Also, did you notice his PA/BRG%?! It's like so low!
Not to mention his SBR/PA%!
Winning doesn't matter. -Lyle
Actually his Plate Appearance/Bright Red Gear % is near 1.000
And his Sites on Baseball Reference/Plate Appearance % is the best of any qualified player since they started the website.

Excellent points.
However, I was referring to his Plate Appearance/Big Red Bat percentage, which is very low. You know who had the best PA/BRG% on the Halos last year? Abreu.
And the other one was Scratched Balls Ratio/Plate Appearance percentage, which was also very low.
Winning doesn't matter. -Lyle
Darn, I'm a bit high.
Plate Appearance/Big Red Gum percentage. Still Abreu, though.

That first one was absolutely murdered...
…it should have had a health and safety warning attached
I see red people
Seeing MacGwire in that video made me think
What would be the chances of bringing him over to Anaheim too? Now that LaRussa and Pujols are gone…
But I know that’s kind of Sosh’s decision, and however insane it may be, there is no way he dumps Hatcher. Plus, is there any bad blood between Sosh and Mac because of the ’88 WS? Double Plus, would our FO willingly associate with an admitted steroid user? The Angels org seems pretty tough on the issue (i.e. refusing to sign Bonds/Manny and benching GMHGHJr.).
Where were you on December 8th, 2011 - Pujols Day?
It's true
Arte could have stomached the Wells/Napoli trade, but then Tony had to go and test positive for Del Scorcho…. Goodbye!
Jim Bowden on Tony Reagins.
Style: Authoritative, brilliant baseball mind who works well in the trifecta with owner Arte Moreno and manager Mike Scioscia. Builds teams on pitching and defense up the middle. Active at trade deadlines, will trade prospects and has the resources to acquire All-Stars
Gee....you think Ogando throws Pujols a fastball at all next season?
I can’t wait to see the first at bat Pujols has against him, if nothing else just to watch Ogando’s knees shake.
There was a great article about that exact thing on roto the other day.
Here is the link
Basically, Albert is the best fastball hitter, like, ever. Unfortunately for pitchers, he also destroys sliders, changeups, curves, etc… He has never hit against a knuckleballer, but it probably wouldnt change much. He also has amazing plate discipline so dont try and pitch around him or he will just take the walk.
